Towards a Greater Efficiency of the Programme of Action on Small Arms: Implementation Challenges and Opportunities

This research project was carried out from August 2010 to September 2011

To support the evaluation of the PoA's implementation, identify sectors that may be a challenge to the implementation process and to suggest strategic axes of intervention that could reinforce the overall PoA effectiveness.
