The Scope and Implications of Developing a Mechanism to Prevent the Illicit Brokering in Small Arms

This research project was carried out from December 2005 to June 2006

To define and analyse licit and illicit small arms brokering activities, compare existing brokering regulations and identify different possible mechanisms for regulating brokering activities and compare the merits of these alternatives.
