Cost Benefit Analysis of Small Arms and Light Weapons Destruction

This research project was carried out from August 2005 to July 2006

To identify the actual costs of storage and security for small arms and ammunition, compare these with the costs associated with the destruction of SALW, and develop a model to assist governments in the formulation of SALW control policies.
