    Brief Background and Contributions to UNIDIR

    Mohamed is a non-resident Researcher for the Conventional Arms Programme at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR). Prior to his work with UNIDIR, Mohamed worked with UNDP, UNREC, ECOWAS, and OXFAM. Mohamed will assist in baseline weapons and ammunition management assesments in the African region and develop partnerships with African regional organizations. He earned degrees in Economics from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne and Ecole Nationale D'administration.
